DreamKid Studio
Terms of Service
Effective September 16, 2026 · DreamKid Studio (dreamkid.org)
These terms cover the software and services DreamKid Studio provides, including scheduling and booking tools operated for a business. Using the software means accepting them.
What we provide
Software that a business uses to run part of its operations — taking bookings, managing a schedule, and requesting payment. We provide it as-is and work to keep it available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service.
Your account and your data
An account holder is responsible for keeping their sign-in details private and for what happens under their account. Business records entered into the software — clients, appointments, notes — belong to that business. We process them to make the software work and for nothing else, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Connected accounts
The software can connect to services a business already uses, such as Google Calendar or a payment provider. Those connections are made by the business, with its own sign-in, and can be revoked at any time from inside the software or from the provider directly. Each connected service is governed by its own terms, and we are not responsible for how those services behave.
Payments
Where the software requests payment from a client, money moves directly between that client and the business through the business's own payment provider. We are not a party to that transaction, do not hold funds, and do not handle card details. Refunds, disputes and tax are between the business, its client, and its payment provider.
Acceptable use
Do not use the software to break the law, to send unsolicited messages, to attempt to reach another business's data, or to interfere with the service running for anyone else. We may suspend access that does any of these.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, DreamKid Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or lost profit, arising from use of the software. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. A business can stop using the software at any time and ask for its records to be deleted, as described in the Privacy Policy.
